Intellectual property rights in content you submit, upload, or publish while using the Services ("User Content") remain with you.

However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining our Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third party's legal rights and does not contain illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, completely secure, or entirely error-free. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Z Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

· Any damages exceeding the amount you actually paid for the relevant services.

You may stop using our Services at any time, or delete your account through account settings.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, have an inactive account for an extended period, or as required by law or regulation.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ceases. The provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and other survival clauses shall remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date revised. For material changes, we will notify you in advance through website announcements, email, or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
