Proflio builds a reusable professional information database first, then uses your own large language model to generate tailored content based on each job description (JD)—one JD, one resume—increasing your chances of passing screening.

The product adheres to two core principles: data stays on your device, and you provide your own model. No account required, no cloud sync, no subscription. After a one-time purchase on the App Store, you gain full access to all features; only when you actively analyze or generate content are relevant texts sent to the AI interface you’ve configured.

One-time setup, multiple job applications

Maintain personal information, work experience, projects, skills, education, and certifications in one centralized location. When applying for different roles, start from the same professional asset base and generate customized versions based on each JD—no need to rewrite from scratch.

Fully local

All professional data, generation history, profile pictures, model configurations, and prompts are stored entirely on your device. Uninstalling or clearing app data deletes everything—Z Studio cannot recover it because we do not store any of this content.

You bring your own model

No built-in default LLM, no bundled API keys. Simply enter an OpenAI-compatible API Key in "Me → AI Model Configuration"; Base URL and model name can be left blank, defaulting to DeepSeek. You settle costs directly with your chosen service provider—the requests never pass through Z Studio.

Matching visibility, generation control

First review how well your profile matches the JD, including keyword coverage and skill alignment. Then choose resume language, content depth, and optimization intensity. Advanced users can also customize system prompts.

Flexible layouts, export-ready

Six layout templates and multiple color schemes can be freely combined. Preview, edit text directly, then export as PDF or Word and share via system sharing panel.

Professional Asset Library

• Personal Information: Name, title, contact details, job objective, summary; optionally take a photo or select from album, crop, and save locally only.
• Work Experience / Project Experience: Company, role, dates, responsibilities, tech stack, outcomes; projects can also record role, background, and results.
• Skills / Education / Certifications: Skills managed by category; education includes school, major, and dates; certifications include issuing organization and date received.
• Completion Status: Overview screen displays number of professional assets and completeness score, helping identify gaps.

Generate Resume Based on JD

Three steps to create a targeted resume:

1. Input JD: Enter job title, paste complete job description (optional company name for distinguishing applications).
2. Match Analysis: Compare against your asset library to assess match rate, keyword coverage, and skill alignment—decide whether to proceed with generation.
3. Generation Settings: Choose resume language (Chinese / English), content depth (concise / detailed), and adjust AI optimization intensity (concise rewrite, stable alignment, fully expanded).

Generated results are saved in resume history and can be regenerated or deleted.

Preview, Edit, and Export

• Preview / Edit / Match View: Switch between layout preview, editing body text, and reviewing match results for the current JD within the same resume.
• Templates & Colors: Tech style, minimalist, classic, two-column, business, timeline; colors can be freely combined with layouts.
• Export & Share: Export as PDF or Word (DOCX), then use system sharing panel to send via WeChat, email, or file apps.

AI & Prompts

• Model Configuration: API Key, Base URL, model name stored only locally; test connection, clear anytime.
• Prompt Settings: Customize system prompts separately for "Resume Generation" (Chinese/English) and "JD Analysis", supporting placeholders; restore defaults to revert to built-in templates. Unchanged settings don’t affect normal usage.

Interface language follows system (Simplified Chinese / English).

• Optimization intensity affects rewriting strategy and length only—layout templates do not change language. Always verify generated content before submission.
• Profile pictures are used only for resume display and are never uploaded to Z Studio.
• Current version supports only iPhone, not iPad.

2. Open the app—no registration needed. Complete your professional information in "Asset Library".
3. Go to "Me → AI Model Configuration" and enter an OpenAI-compatible API Key.
4. In "Generate", paste the JD, perform match analysis, then generate the resume. Preview, edit text, switch layouts, and export as PDF or Word.
